INTERNAL REGULATION OF HOTEL AGUR** FUENGIROLA
To make your stay at Hotel Agur more pleasant, we detail the following Internal Guest Regulation. All persons staying at the hotel, during their stay, will be subject to this Regulation, which is considered a contract of adhesion that must be fulfilled. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right of admission and permanence.
- The relationships that occur due to the lodging services that the guests receive from this establishment will be governed by Commercial Legislation and supplementary by the applicable Civil Law, by the Autonomous Tourism Law of the Junta de Andalucía and the Regulation of Lodging Establishments as well as by the corresponding Government Regulation. These provisions are considered mandatory, known and accepted by the customer and will also apply common uses and practices that govern on the matter in this market.
- The guest has the inescapable obligation to register upon arrival at the hotel in the registration process, so he will have to provide the hotel staff designated for this purpose a personal and valid documentary credential according to the existing laws. The company will deny accommodation to the guest who does not comply with this requirement, without it leading to a possible refund of amount paid or a relaxation of the cancellation conditions accepted in his reservation.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission.
- The guest, in agreement with the company, will specify the number of days he will be staying at the hotel. It is considered as a unit of time in the lodging contract, the time of one day whose expiration is fixed at 12:00 hours each day. This does not imply that by mutual agreement by the guest and the company, there could be extensions counted in twenty-four hours each, with the hotel being able to end the accommodation at any time, prior notice to the guest. The official check-in time is at 15:00 hours and the check-out time will be as a limit at 12:00 hours.
- It is the obligation of the guest to promptly pay the amount of the bill when required by the company. Payment may be required in advance, upon customer arrival in the registration process as set forth in the Tourism Law 13/2011 of December 23rd of Andalusia, art. 22. A payment guarantee or advanced payment of the total or partial reservation may be requested by the hotel through the payment methods accepted at that time. The guest who, on the day of his departure, vacates the room after the 12:00 hours established in the previous article, is obliged to pay the price of the accommodation corresponding to another day. The lack of payment by the guest when required to this effect, causes the termination of the lodging service and the manager or person in charge of the establishment may use public force to demand and carry out the vacating of the room, being able to retain the luggage.
- The client may be required at the time of registration on his arrival day a valid credit card as a guarantee or as a pre-authorization on it, to face possible non-payments or charges for furniture breakage/deterioration, as well as to make any charge for penalty for not following the rules established in this regulation.
- The room cleaning will be done daily. So that the staff designated for this purpose performs the work correctly, a minimal organization of their belongings in the room will be required from the customer, otherwise, the cleaning will not be done. Under no circumstances may hotel staff move/organize the client’s belongings to clean the room. If the client does not leave the room so that it can be cleaned, it will be understood that this client is not interested in having this service done.
- Make sure to close your room door well. Protect your room key. We advise you each time you leave the hotel, leave it in custody at the reception, always returning it in hand to the hotel staff. Only one key will be given per room, if you forget or lose your key, you must pay the amount of 50€ for a lock change.
- Do not hang clothes or towels over the railing or window sill.
- It is strictly forbidden for guests: A) to make annoying noises, cause altercations, enter pets without authorization and in general, any act that disturbs or bothers other guests. B) To use the rooms for gambling prohibited by law or to hold meetings that aim to disrupt public order or disobey existing laws or regulations. C) To use the electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in your room for other purposes than those for which they are intended. The hotel’s safety measures strictly prohibit the use of any instrument for preparing/modifying food that has a heat source and could cause a fire, as well as any other instrument/tool, not necessarily for food purposes, that could cause a fire. E) To execute any act that causes damage or harm to the hotel or other guests, or is contrary to decency or social behavior. F) Firearms, explosive materials, flammable materials, drugs or similar substances are not allowed in the hotel. G) Not to maintain a minimum personal hygiene conditions. H) The company may unilaterally decide the acceptance or not of the guest if it considers that he does not meet the minimum standards of coexistence. The company reserves the right to terminate the lodging service, when the prohibitions indicated are infringed, without the guest causing them to have any right to any reduction in his debt for the lodging or services received, being obliged also to the payment or compensation for the damages or harms that cause his procedure.
- In all cases, the hotel establishment may resort to the assistance of the Competent Police Authority agents.
- The guest may not accommodate in their rooms people different from those registered and in any case, will give prior notice to the hotel of any variation in the number or identification of the people who originally registered. In no case, the number of people staying in each room, can be greater than the capacity assigned by the company to each room. In the event that more people stay in the room than those initially registered and if the capacity of the room allows it, the customer will have to pay the price difference informed by the hotel. Visits are not allowed in the rooms. Transmitting your stay/reservation to another person is prohibited.
- It is the obligation of the guests to inform the hotel administration of suffering or contagious diseases, deaths, infractions or crimes that occur in the establishment and are of their knowledge, so that the company can in turn, take appropriate measures and give immediate account to the authority when applicable.
- Immediately notify the hotel staff of any abnormal event that you detect such as: people with a suspicious attitude in the corridor, calls to the door of your room from people unknown to you or not finding anyone at the door.
- The electrical installation is 220V.
- The hotel only responds as a depositary of the values, money, jewels and other goods that the guests deposit at the hotel reception and are received in this concept by the authorized reception staff and has been granted in writing in the corresponding receipt. The company is not responsible for the goods deposited in the rooms and their safe.
- The company does not authorize access to the rooms occupied by guests of any person who has not been previously and expressly authorized by the customer and in any case, reserves the right not to allow visits of other people in the room. The persons who hold the representation of the hotel or render the services inherent to lodging, will have free access to the rooms occupied by the clients. When guests are absent for more than twenty-four hours without prior notice to the reception, the hotel may suspend or terminate the lodging contract, as the case may be, and proceed to collect the guest’s luggage as provided in the next article, except in the case where the real value of the guest’s luggage does not guarantee the amount of the bill. In this circumstance, the lodging can be terminated or suspended with the absence of the guest for more than twenty-four hours.
- The luggage and other goods that the guests introduce in the establishment are considered property of the person who carries out the registration and may respond preferentially to all concepts of lodging, complementary services and other consumptions caused by the persons included in the respective registration if accepted by the hotel all these goods may be retained as a guarantee of payment.
- By application of Law 28/2005 of December 26 on health measures against smoking and regulating the sale, supply, consumption and advertising of tobacco products (amended by Law 42/2010 of December 30), it is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside any indoor area of the hotel, being able to apply an economic penalty of 150€ in concept of extra cleaning and disinfection.
- Any damage or loss caused by the guest to the goods, real estate and effects owned by the hotel must be paid in accordance with the value established by the company.
- Any consumption made at an internal point of sale of the hotel is presumed to imply acceptance of the price and will be charged to your account, which will be paid at the time agreed by the company.
- The hotel is not responsible for the partial or total loss of goods, values or vehicles in parking areas. The hotel is not responsible for damages caused by third parties to the vehicles parked in the parking area. If you damage another customer’s vehicle, you as a person will have to answer for it. Long-term stay of people inside the vehicle in the parking area is not allowed. Any vehicle will be removed from the place by towing, after 24 hours of which no information about the owner or responsible party is available, so the presence of the respective authorities will be requested and it will be driven to the facilities of that institution.
- The establishment has conditions for the acceptance of pets, which will have to be accepted by the client who intends to enter with a pet to the establishment.
- This establishment is governed by the Tourism Law 13/2011 of Andalusia and competent organizations.
